Thank you for choosing Sportsman Charters. Whether you’ve booked a private charter or ordered Sportsman apparel, we appreciate your support and are committed to providing an outstanding customer experience.
This Shipping Policy applies to all apparel purchased through the Sportsman Charters online store.
Order Processing
All Sportsman Charters apparel is printed to order after your purchase is placed.
Because each item is custom produced specifically for you, orders typically require 2–5 business days for production before they ship.
During holidays, promotions, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times
After production is complete, estimated delivery times are:
United States
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 Business Days
Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and may vary due to weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on your order and shipping destination.
Any free shipping promotions or special shipping offers will be automatically applied when applicable.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order.
Sportsman Charters is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from an incorrect address entered during checkout.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately. If production has not yet started, we’ll do our best to update your shipping information.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
We’ll work with the shipping carrier and our fulfillment partner to investigate the issue and help resolve it quickly.
For damaged deliveries, please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the shipping packaging (if applicable)
International Shipping
At this time, Sportsman Charters ships apparel within the United States only.
If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated.
Charter Bookings
This Shipping Policy applies only to merchandise purchased through our online store.
Information regarding charter reservations, trip confirmations, meeting locations, and booking details will be provided during the reservation process and in your booking confirmation email.
