At Sportsman Charters, we’re committed to providing premium-quality products and exceptional customer service. Whether you’ve booked a private charter or purchased Sportsman apparel, we want your experience with us to be a great one.
Because our apparel is custom printed to order, our return policy is a little different than traditional retail stores.
Apparel Returns & Exchanges
We gladly replace or refund apparel if:
- Your order arrives damaged.
- You receive the wrong item.
- There is a manufacturing or printing defect.
- The item received does not match what you ordered.
If your order meets one of these conditions, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Custom Printed Apparel
Every Sportsman Charters apparel item is printed specifically for you after your order is placed.
Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size ordered
- Color selected during checkout
- Buyer remorse
- Ordering the wrong product
- Requests made after production has begun
- Minor variations in garment color, artwork size, or print placement
Please review our sizing charts carefully before placing your order.
Order Cancellations
Apparel orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase.
Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled or changed.
Charter Bookings
Fishing charters, sandbar trips, sunset cruises, eco tours, and other excursions are subject to our booking and cancellation policies provided during the reservation process.
